If you wish, I will add your name, and approximate requirements, to my waiting list, on receipt of a deposit of £200.

When I am in a position to start the build, I will contact you again to agree on specifications, completion date and a firm price.

If you change your mind, then or earlier, just let me know and I will return your deposit and remove your name from the waiting list.
